Continuous Assessment & Reports
Assessment policies regarding continuous assessments and end-of-term results.
At Kabundi Secondary School, pupil performance is monitored through regular continuous assessments (including weekly quizzes, class tests, and laboratory practicals) which account for **40%** of the total term grade. The final end-of-term examinations account for the remaining **60%**.
Official term reports detailing subject grades, marks, positions, and teacher comments are distributed directly to parents and guardians on the final Friday of each term. Parents are encouraged to attend the Termly parent-teacher association (PTA) consultation meetings to discuss pupil performance.
